Ed's Mill
The people living in the area now
designated as the Great Smoky Mountains National Park brought their corn
to Ed's Grist Mill to be ground into corn meal and grits. The corn meal
was used for baking bread, and the grits were eaten Southern
Style...with butter, cream and sugar.
Ed's Mill Cabin features a full
kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Closest of all the cabins to the
waterfall, Ed's Mill has glorious views and large windows to ensure that
you can easily enjoy them! The cabin features a deck overlooking the
waterfall and central heat and air. Sleeps 6 with one queen, one full
and a queen sleeper sofa. $100.00 per night plus tax for 2 people. $10.00 each
additional person.
